Volleyball Moves up to No. 18, Fornstrom Named Player of the Week
Following wins over BYU and Utah at home, junior setter Ashley Fornstrom earned Mountain West Conference Volleyball Player of the Week for the third time in her career. The award is the fifth awarded to CSU this year.

Against BYU, she had a match-high 47 assists to go along with eight digs, three total blocks and two service aces in CSU's 3-0 sweep. In the Rams' 3-1 win over Utah, Fornstrom notched her second career triple-double (52 assists, 14 digs, 10 total blocks) and the first four-game triple-double in the league this season. From her setter position Fornstrom guided Colorado State to a .281 team hitting percentage on 17.14 kills per game on the week.
The Rams moved up 3 slots in the AVCA Coaches Poll released on Monday.

Alumnae Return to Moby
Colorado State volleyball has had a long and storied history. Friday night, that history comes alive when the Rams' alumnae return home to Moby.
With names fans will remember like Angela Knopf (5), Kelly Kerr (20), and Ali Peckham(15), the evening will be a night to remember.
The event will begin at 7 p.m. with the current Rams taking on athletes who graduated before 1998. The second match will feature alumnae from 1999-2003. [more information & player bios]
Players anticipated to play in the matches include Angie Knox Duryea, Cindy Cox-Bellin, Rainie Rogers Carson, Melanie Williams Wolf, Melissa McNally Blasco, Kristin Johnson-Tillman, Esther Langley, Analisa Saylor, Krista Swarztendruber, Allison Peckham-Newton, Angela Knopf, Bri Frech, Catie Vagneur-Mintz, Summer Jennings-Grounds, Katherine Pettit-Wagenshutz, Lindsey Kerr, and Kelly Kerr.
